This Buyer Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern all purchases made through Collektr’s Livestream Bidding, Marketplace Auctions, and Fixed-Price Listings. By making a purchase on Collektr, you agree to comply with these policies. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, suspension, and potential legal action.
1. General Terms
1.1 Binding Purchase Agreement
- All purchases on Collektr are final and legally binding once a bid is placed or a transaction is confirmed.
- Bid retractions, order cancellations, and payment disputes outside the scope of the Buyer Protection Policy are strictly prohibited.
1.2 No Returns or Refunds
- Collektr does not accept returns or provide refunds unless covered under the Buyer Protection Policy (e.g., non-receipt of items or significant misrepresentation).
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and seller terms before making a purchase.
1.3 Payment Method Responsibility
- Buyers must ensure that their linked payment method is valid, active, and has sufficient funds before making a purchase.
- Any unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent claims, or payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension and legal action if necessary.
2. Payment & Order Processing
2.1 Automatic Payment Processing
- All payments are automatically processed upon order confirmation.
- For Livestream Bidding and Marketplace Auctions, the highest winning bid is charged immediately at auction close.
- For Fixed-Price Listings (Shop), payment is processed upon checkout confirmation.
2.2 Failed Payments & Order Reassignment
- If a payment fails for a Livestream Bidding or Marketplace Auction, the order is automatically reassigned to the second-highest bidder at their final bid price.
- If a payment fails for a Fixed-Price Listing (Shop), Collektr may attempt payment again within a limited timeframe before canceling the order.
