This Collektr Credits Usage Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Collektr Credits on our platform. By using Collektr Credits, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.
1. Types of Collektr Credits
Users may hold two distinct types of Collektr Credits in their account:
a. Promotional Credits (“Promo Credits”)
Promo Credits are issued by Collektr in connection with campaigns, events, platform incentives, refunds, or other promotions.
- Validity: Promo Credits come with a set expiration date, which will be communicated at the time of issuance and displayed in the app under the credit details. See example below:
- Non-Renewable: Expired Promo Credits will not be reinstated or extended.
- Non-Transferable: Promo Credits may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or sold.
b. Reload Credits (“User Credits”)
User Credits are credits purchased directly by users via manual reload.
- No Expiry: User Credits do not expire.
- Non-Transferable: These credits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Reload Credits is only available to users residing in Malaysia with a valid Malaysian address, and is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. Credit Deduction Order
When making a purchase on Collektr (including during livestreams or via the marketplace), credits will be automatically applied in the following order:
- Promo Credits will be used first, if available and within the validity period.
- If Promo Credits are insufficient, the system will deduct the remaining amount from your User Credits.
