Collektr does not provide credit, instalment, or Buy Now Pay Later services. Any instalment or Pay-Later option made available on the Collektr platform is offered and managed exclusively by third-party payment providers, and is subject to their independent approval processes, terms, and conditions.
By using Collektr, buyers and sellers acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Collektr operates solely as a marketplace for collectible goods and acts only as a transactional intermediary between buyers and sellers.
Collektr does not: • Approve, underwrite, or manage instalment or Pay-Later applications • Set credit limits, interest rates, or repayment schedules • Collect instalment payments or manage late fees, defaults, or collections • Act as an agent, lender, broker, guarantor, or representative of any payment provider.
Once a payment is authorised by a payment provider, the transaction is treated as paid in full on Collektr, subject to platform policies.
Payment method selection does not affect sale finality, ownership, or platform rights.
Using instalments or Pay-Later does not create additional refund rights. Once an instalment or Pay-Later payment is authorised by a payment provider, the transaction is deemed completed and binding on Collektr.
