By submitting items to Collektr for grading, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Collektr offers grading services under two distinct handling structures, depending on the grading company selected.

1. GENERAL GRADING TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL SUBMISSIONS)

1.1 Customer Responsibilities

• All submitted items must be authentic, unaltered, and accurately declared
• Declared values, card details, and selected service tiers must be correct
• Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipment to Collektr

Collektr reserves the right to refuse, delay, or return submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or deemed high-risk.

1.2 Pre-Grading Disclosure

• Collektr may perform pre-grading assessments and intake checks for operational and quality-control purposes
• Pre-grading is not a guarantee, promise, or estimate of the final grade
• Final grades are determined solely by the grading company
