To enhance convenience for our users, Collektr offers a local drop-off and pickup option through selected Local Game Stores (LGS). This policy outlines how the service works, storage limits, and user responsibilities.

1. What is Drop-Off & Pickup?

Buyers can choose to collect their orders from designated LGS locations instead of having them shipped. This is ideal for users who prefer in-person collection or wish to pool multiple orders for pickup at once.

2. Pooling Orders at LGS (Pickup Window)

To keep storage space manageable and fair for all users, we’ve set the following pickup time limits based on seller type:

Collektr-Managed Sellers

Buyers can pool and store multiple orders at the LGS for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Independent Sellers (Non-Collektr Managed)

Buyers are allowed to store their orders at other sellers for a maximum of 7 days only.

Important:

• After the stated period, uncollected items may be forcibly shipped to the buyer or absorbed by the seller.
• No refunds will be provided for orders not picked up within the allowable window.

3. Pickup Hours & Locations

• Pickup is only available during the operating hours of the respective LGS.
• Exact address, contact info, and pickup instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.

4. Notification & Reminders

• Buyers will receive a pickup notification via email or in-app alert once the order has been dropped off.
• Reminder notifications will be sent before the 30-day or 7-day limit approaches.
